FAQs
What’s included in the supported accommodation starter package?
Our starter package includes a professionally written Statement of Purpose, a full set of policies and procedures aligned with national standards, a young person’s welcome guide, and optional support with audits, staffing, and compliance. Everything is designed to help you launch smoothly and confidently.
Are your policies compliant with the new DfE National Standards?
Yes, they are. All policies are written in line with the latest Department for Education guidance for supported accommodation. We also monitor updates closely, so you’ll always have access to the most up-to-date and relevant documentation.
Can I tailor the documents to suit my specific service model?
Absolutely. While our policies are comprehensive and ready to use, we can tailor them to reflect your values, your team structure, and the particular needs of the young people you support.
Do I need to be registered with Ofsted to offer supported accommodation?
From October 2023, providers of supported accommodation for 16–18-year-olds must be registered with Ofsted. We offer guidance on how to meet the registration requirements and prepare for inspections, so you feel ready and well supported
I’m already running a service—can I still use your support?
Yes! Many of our clients come to us after launching and want to refresh their documents, improve their compliance, or streamline their processes. Whether you need updated policies, audit tools, or just some advice on best practice, we’re here to help you grow with confidence.
Do you offer website design and branding?
Yes, we do—and it’s one of our most popular add-ons! We’ll create a warm, professional website that showcases your home’s values, builds trust with referrers and families, and ticks all the boxes for compliance. From logos and colour palettes to staff bios and service pages, we’ll bring your brand to life in a way that feels personal, polished, and purposeful.
